My day started at Worth Harley-Davidson. This dealership excels at every level. It is no wonder why they were chosen in the Top 5 in the Top 100 dealers in North America by Dealernews.
This dealership really is a step above.
I had a wonderful time visiting with Eva, the Motorclothes Manager and Anne Riley Saults, the women extraordinaire.
Worth is a Star Dealer for DesignWraps Brands which is the company I founded. They carry a full line of RidersWraps and Wraps of Hope.
Anne is the Rider's Edge /HOG Director/Events coordinator.
But this title does not do her justice. I will be writing more on Anne later.
This week-end Anne has invited me to speak with her at the Women's Event of the Missouri State Hog Rally in Springfield, MO.
Be watching for the photos and a full report.
Until then......
Be happy! And ride aware! There are a lot of distractions out here!
Sending love from the road,

Day 115:Start your summer right. Take a motorcycle ride.
Good Morning from Kansas City, MO |
Yesterday was Memorial Day in the U.S. - a day that commemorates the brave men and women who have died in our military service.
When I originally decided to make the ride I am making, it was to promote DesignWraps Brands, to promote the purchase of American Made products, to promote and bring awareness to our Bill of Rights and what they truly mean to us as Americans, and to inspire hope in a time in our history where many believe there is no hope.
Today is the unofficial beginning of the summer of 2013.
Join me on this ride.
Believe.
Be happy.
Go for a ride.
And ride safe over this road called life!

The Mystery of the Harley
Can a simple motorcycle evoke incredible emotion in the average man or women?
Are we, as a people, so attached to our machines, especially the Harley-Davidson, that we are drawn in from all directions as one appears on the horizon?
I have found the answer to be yes.
My sweet Freedom Glide opens EVERY conversation for me. Every one!
She is the magnet, the homing device, and the catalyst that brings me together with Americans from all walks of life who walk around her slowly, taking in every facet, and as each one slowly looks up, smiles, and says, "Nice Bike," I can see the respect in their eyes and hear it in the sound of their voice.
"That she is," I reply. "She is my trusty steed, my steel horse. She carries me throughout my daily travels, with a joy I can sense as I kick her into gear and ease out onto the road.
It is the motorcycle, the Harley-Davidson, that brings us together for the conversation.
It is the conversations with the people, that makes every day of the Freedom Ride, the awesome experience and the adventure it has become.

Day 101: Durango, CO to Pagosa Springs
Riding along the Dallas Divide - Truly God's Country |
Is it really Day 101 of the Freedom Ride?
I have been riding the mountains of Southwestern Colorado for the last week.
It has been tough getting to my blogging and communication.
My promise is to communicate every day. Even if it's only to post a photo.
This is the most incredible experience. It is all about the people I am meeting.
I thanks every one of you that God has placed in my path. You know who you are.
And I am excited to meet all of you who are yet to come.
See you "on the road."
Sending my warmest regards and love from the road.
